About Me
As an avid golfer who has faced the same challenges many of my clients do—struggling to gain speed off the tee as I got older—I understand firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel your game slipping as you age. That’s why I’m passionate about helping golfers over 35 regain their distance, power, and confidence on the course.
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience, and I hold Medical and Power Level 2 certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). My expertise lies in bridging the gap between pain management and performance improvement, especially for golfers. By combining flexibility, strength, and mobility training, I work with my clients to build a foundation that not only helps prevent pain but also accelerates swing speed for longer drives and lower scores for a more enjoyable rounds.
Golf is a game for a lifetime, and my mission is to ensure that age or pain won’t stand in the way of continuing to play at a high level and enjoying golf to the fullest. Whether you’re recovering from injury, looking to prevent pain, or wanting to add distance to your drives, I’m here to guide you every step of the way with evidence-based training and personalized coaching.

How It Works
My process is designed to be personal and tailored specifically to your needs as a golfer. Here’s what you can expect when you work with me:
1
Coaching Application
To get started, you’ll submit a coaching application. This helps me understand your current goals, any pain points, and what you’re hoping to achieve with your golf game.
2
Initial Consultation
Once I review your application, we’ll set up a time to talk. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your goals in more detail, your current physical condition, and any past injuries or concerns. This step ensures that we’re a good fit to work together and that I can provide the right support to help you achieve your desired results.
3
TPI Screen & Program Design
If we move forward, I will conduct a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screen to assess your movement patterns and physical capabilities. Based on the results, I’ll design a personalized program aimed at improving your strength, flexibility, and speed to help you gain distance off the tee. Your program will focus on the specific areas identified during the screen, whether that’s mobility, power generation, or injury prevention.
4
Weekly Check-Ins
You will check in with me once a week to track your progress. This allows me to adjust your program as needed based on how you’re feeling, the improvements you’ve made, and any changes in your goals. Your program evolves with you, ensuring you’re always moving toward faster, pain-free golf.
5
Program Adjustments
As we go along, I will tweak your plan to continue pushing you forward. Whether it’s modifying exercises for more efficiency or adding new drills to enhance speed, your program remains dynamic, just like your goals.
